Payment methods

How may I pay my order?
Payment is made by credit card through established and secure payment solutions. Your personal information will be treated in accordance with Personal Data Act. We co-operate with Stripe and PayPal for payments outside Sweden.


Delivery

When will my order arrive?
We deliver with PostNord or DHL within 2-5 business days within Sweden and 3-8 business days outside Sweden.

Can I choose pick-up point?

Unfortunately not. You may add a message to us before checking out your order and wish to pick-up at a specific place. We do not guarantee that you may pick-up your order at the place you wish to. Parcels are delivered direct to your mailbox or can be picked up at the nearest postal representative. 

How do I know when my order arrives?

Sweden: you will receive a text message from PostNord or DHL once your order is available for pick-up. If you do not have a cellphone you will receive information via e-mail or post. Packages delivered to your mailbox will not me notified.
Outside Sweden: you will receive information via e-mail from PostNord or DHL once your order is available for pick-up. Packages delivered to your mailbox will not me notified.

Returns

Am I able to return an item?
Of course! Simply return your items within 30 days from order date and get at full refund! Please note! Fill in the included return form, pack carefully and include all of the original labels. Add the prepaid adressform outside your package and return your package where you picked it up. We will handle your return as soon as possible. Please note that local charges such as freight, VAT or customs will not be refunded. If you haven't received any information from us 10 business days from the date you sent you the order to us please contact us! How do I exchange the size or color?
Simply place a new order in our web-shop and return your no-longer-wanted-item. We will send you your new item as soon as possible. Once your return has reached us we will give you a refund.
My item is broken. What do I do?

How long before I get my money back?
We will handle your return as soon as possible and give you a refund. Refunds will reach your account within 3-8 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days - please contact us!
